It’s been a while since we last spoke. Yesterday Shawn and I went to see some history in Philadelphia. We stood near a bell and saw buildings where they keep money and justice. The Constitution Center charged 12 dollars to go inside, which we thought infringed upon our freedoms, so we just took pictures of the outer parts.
Then we went to the Mütter Museum. Which was filled with medical oddities like skulls and pictures of conjoined twins. Their biggest selling postcard in the gift shop is a picture of the world’s largest colon. Gross, blog. We couldn’t take photos in most of the museum, but we got some creepy looking scientist portraits here!
Then we drove to Pittsburgh, and there was a show. We made $30 and hung out with Tim “The Mess” Messenger! There was a guy there who told us that “Abraham Lincoln was the worst president we’ve ever had.” What audacious racism! We slept at a Motel 6, and my blanket had a cigarette burn through it. Quaint!
Today we went from Columbus to Oxford, MS to have a show at Ole Miss. It was fun! The students were attentive and pleasant. Then we ate chicken off of a stick from a gas station!
Tomorrow we will see Graceland, Too and gamble on a boat! Ideally, we will also win steaks by eating them!
PS. Here are some more pictures, including Shawn petting a horse named Tomahawk (T-Bird for short).
